PAY A DEPOSIT FOR A CONFIRMED COTTAGE BOOKING

 

Mals EcommerceOnce you have received a CONFIRMED BOOKING notice from Appleisle Cottages you can process your credit card payment via our E-Commerce facilities. These facilities are hosted via MALS E-Commerce and provide you SSL (Secure Socket Layer) credit card transaction processing.

To make a payment: - PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS
1.  In the box below, enter the AUD $ deposit amount as a value (NO $ sign). For Example $100 is entered as 100. If you make a mistake, select the Reset button.

2.  Deposit value correct - Hit "Pay-Now" button and you will be transferred to our ON-Line E Commerce site.

3.  Once open, please follow the simple step by step instructions.

4.  If at this stage you realise a mistake with the $value entered, then simply change the "quantity" to ZERO (0) hit the "re-calculate" button and the value of your deposit will be cancelled. Then select "continue shopping" to exit back to our cottage site and you can re-start the deposit process.

5.  During the processing please ensure that in the comments section provided, you enter: Your Name, Dates of your booking and the Cottage name. 
  
6.  Once you have all details entered select "GO TO PAYMENTS" and just enter your details as asked.

7. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email of your transaction.

POLICY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment of an accommodation booking deposit is your agreement that you have read and agreed to the terms & conditions below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – Appleisle Cottages

When booking a cottage, it is sole occupancy for the number of paid guests in your party. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees of a minimum $50 per extra person per night will apply.

At all times during your stay Appleisle Cottages management reserve the right to access of the property for servicing needs, emergency &/or other related access issues.

Once a booking is confirmed, changes or cancellation prior to 30 days of the booked date, will attract a $100.00 administration charge. After this time, any nights that are cancelled will attract a 50% fee for the cancelled room nights. A 100% fee will apply for cancelled nights up to 7 days prior to arrival. At all times we will attempt to accommodate your change requests.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your trip.

Appleisle Cottages provide an E-Commerce, SSL transaction facility to process initial Credit Card Deposit payments. Mals Ecommerce is a quality merchant provider, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 128-bit encryption to process on-line payments. These are the most secure processing systems available for on-line use. Any other data or information received via email or fax is considered strictly private and will not be sold or otherwise disseminated to third parties.


We regard travel insurance for yourselves as essential to protect you from any losses you may incur should your plans need to change at short notice.
